What is netballaustralia.tv?
Netball Australia TV is a dedicated streaming platform housing national netball competitions including the PacificAusSports Netball Series. Additional content to be housed on the platform will be finalised and communicated in due course.


Do I need to sign up to netballaustralia.tv?
There is no sign up process for the PacificAusSports Netball Series being held from 21 March to 26 March. For future competitions, sign up will likely be required. Further details to
come.

Are subscriptions recurring?
Weekly – recurring
Season – non recurring
If I subscribe to a Weekly pass, when does the recurring transaction take place?
Your recurring payment triggers the day you originally purchased an account. So, if your
initial registration is on the 15th of April (for example) and you purchased a Weekly
subscription, the recurring transaction will take place on the 22nd of August and each week
thereafter until you unsubscribe or the competition you have subscribed to comes to a close.


What payment methods do Cluch accept?
Mastercard, Visa, American Express


Authenticate / Sign-In: Registration only
An electronic mail will be sent from Cluch to your email address to verify your account before you can start streaming content. The email will contain a six digit verification code. Once you have completed your registration you will be signed in, and you can stay signed in.

Please note the six digit authentication code needs to be used immediately from the time it is requested. Please email support@netballaustralia.tv if you are experiencing sign up issues.


How to Unsubscribe from netballaustralia.tv:
Please visit netballaustralia.tv on your web browser. Once you are signed in, please navigate to your account via the profile icon in the top right hand corner and from there you
are able to unsubscribe.


How do I update my billing information?
Please log on to your netballaustralia.tv account and update your payment information.


How do I cancel my subscription?
Please log on to your netballaustralia.tv account and cancel your account.


I paid for an Season subscription but I want a refund?

Unfortunately, we don’t issue refunds unless there was a serious technical error with the netballaustralia.tv platform. Please email support@netballaustralia.tv should you wish to discuss your subscription with Cluch.


Why is the stream not working?
Please check your internet connection status first. If you are still experiencing issues with the stream, please email us at support@netballaustralia.tv. We will endeavour to investigate and resolve your query as soon as possible.


I don’t have a smart tv, does this matter?
You will still be able to watch on your phone, tablet or computer device. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a smart tv you are unable to cast to your television. However, as an alternative
option, connect your laptop or smartphone to TV via HDMI cord.


My smart tv won’t cast the vision, what do I do?
You need to check the settings on your smart tv to make sure you have selected an internet service and the signal strength is strong. If you are still encountering issues, try closing
down your smart tv and try again. If you continue to encounter problems please email support@netballaustralia.tv.


I want to record some games, how can I do that?
Unfortunately, you are not able to record content from netballaustralia.tv. This is to protect the rights of the sporting organisations. If you would like a copy of a particular match or game, please email support@netballaustralia.tv.


I have signed up to watch a particular netball competition but there is no content to watch?
It’s likely the competition you are seeking to watch is either not streaming on the platform or the competition is yet to commence for Season 2022. Please refer to the competition draw on the Netball Australia website and return to netballaustralia.tv to view live and replay content once the season has commenced.


My streams are pausing, what is wrong?
Your internet connection is likely to be unstable. Please reboot your device and internet connection and try logging back in. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact
support@netballaustralia.tv.
